my experience at Stratford Kia was awesome , John was very polite and went above and beyond to show me how to access bluetooth, etc. Very nice young man as well as all the staff in Stratford Kia. The car is pretty sweet as well!! :)

Can't get a return phone call to fix my key that hasn't worked since the day we picked up the car.
I've been in to service three times, and have called in twice to try to get a fix for my key that hasn't worked since we picked up our rondo. I've also emailed the salesperson that sold us our car. No responses just discussions on the phone with service and a promise to fix it. I've been waiting since November.
john was an excellent sales person and no pressure to buy. we enjoy dealing with someone who doesn't pressure you into buying something you don't want.
