When I went in to pick up car the dales staff took their time to explain some of the unique features of the car. They also provide me their contact information and told me to contact them if I had any further questions about the car.
I had a great experience buying the vehicle, however, when I picked up my new vehicle had a small scratch on it. It took 3 days to get repaired and after that I had a another small issue and I did not get any follow-up at all to make sure the issue had resolved itself. I feel that VW treats new customers better than existing ones.
