Charles was pleasant to deal with very knowledgeable about the products he requests. He also added a protection called ride green that will come in handy at first I was surprised I was being charged but then I was glad I was charged that because It would save me money on tires if I was to replace a tire please see Charles for all your business management needs he is very transparent and is honest he also deserves a raise.
I came in Thursday Sept 3rd I dealt with the sales representative, Brian who was patient transparent and honest. I first told him I was looking to purchase a vehicle in a month. He treated me fairly and took his time to make sure he knew what I was looking for. He made the sale the same day lol. I will be picking up my 2020 Ram 1500 Classic soon and want to thank Brian, for closing the deal sooner than later.
