My car has been in shop a month and a half nobody has been letting me know anything the car was to be ready two weeks ago and nobody has called to tell me why
So far I have received only two phone calls in a month and a half no updates on progress
Critical FCA recall defect, took me in right away and fixed the issue. Was able to complete other services at the same time and was up and running. Courteous and helpful staff
Frenziedly and efficient service which is the hallmark of a well managed and productive business which is a pleasure to frequent.
Routine maintenance was requested however initial inspection identified additional faults which were quickly addressed to my satisfaction and likely offset expensive repairs at a most inopportune time..
The manager of this location completely took advantage of my lack of knowledge as a first time car buyer. Tricked me into paying way more for our truck then what was agreed upon verbally. Terrible experience. Do not purchase your vehicle here! Go somewhere with genuine people who aren’t going to rob you!
