I was not at the dealership so I'm confused why I got this email... Hoping this was sent in error and the service checks on my vehicle are still accurate.
Edmund is always courteous and professional. As a client who is not mechanically inclined and has seen the CBC's MarketPlace expose of Parkway Honda, it is comforting to find him trustworthy and believe him when he recommends a particular maintenance/service.

I lease a Honda Civic and am part of the VIP program which allows for free oil changes at my dealership (just pay for materials). This is great, but every time the service is done, I am not notified. No one calls my name or number, and when I ask the reception, I am often told that the car is ready and is "being washed". A simple oil change can end up being a 3 hour visit. The worst part was when I press the receptionist about the status, the key was sitting there and the car was not washed...!
