The service provided by Qi (Chili) Li was excellent. He went out of his way to listen to our needs and concerns. With each step in the process we were always surprised by the little extra touches he provided in making our experience very personal.
We did have one issue with our trunk tray that we purchased. It didn't fit properly in our model type. Both Qi (Chili) Li and Roadsport Honda Service made sure to look into the issue and made sure that the issue was resolved quickly.
