Tony is a very professional used car sales, respectful, give me complete car info, focus on fact. He didn't push me to buy but clearly let me know why that car perfectly fit my need. I have actually other options but I finally bought car from Tony since I trusted him than others.
Tony was our salesman when we bought a used Odyssey. Our experience was great for several reasons. First, he wasn't rushing or pushing to close the deal. He addressed our anxiety of buying a used car appropriately. He gave us a verbal warranty of the car for 30 days of purchase and he stayed true to his word. We came back twice and one of them actually just past the 30 days guarantee, but he honoured that anyway! Definitely great customer service! Highly recommended!
