I will never trust this dealership and purchase another vehicle here ever again
I was conned to come into the dealership with the promise of getting me into a new vehicle for the same price. All I asked for was to ensure I kept everything I currently had.. ... that never happened and I'll admit I was to excited to notice for example there was no heated seats or a trailer hitch which I assumed was standard on every jeep.. when I contacted the dealership I was brushed off .. and yes I got heated seats installed but I was outta pocket over $500.00 to have it installed... so yes I'm not impressed.. and once there is enough value back in the vehicle I will go to another dealership and get the vehicle I really wanted..
really wanted to change my journey but because of buying my Journey in March. They said no and the payment would be around $500.00. Now I wonder about going for a Jeep.(LOL)
Service at Dilawri was professional, punctual, prompt and brought my truck back without a greasy steering wheel which is often overlooked. The only reason I gave a 4 star rather than a 5 is price. I don't mind paying more for good service, the value was definitely there no question and was worth the extra dollar. What I didn't like was when I asked about why the the cost was so high for this vehicle (and i know it takes a lot of oil being Diesel) , I was told the oil filter was $100.00 alone. I then said "Oh! ok, that justifies the overall cost". On the invoice, the oil filter was $60.00...hmm...that is the part I didn't like so much. I would still recommend them for their services, but I would also recommend an emailed quote.
