My name is Jeff. I am new to the automotive industry obtaining my OMVIC licence May 2017. New to the city of Ottawa, with over 20 years of sales and service management experience, my goal working with the Dilawri group is to offer outstanding service and product knowledge to my clients.
We recently purchased a used vehicle through Jeff. From initial contact to the final sale, he was detail oriented, answered all our questions, and allowed us to make decisions without any pressure tactics.
