I did not know what to expect, walking into the auto industry. They say nobody likes a car salesman... I believe we redefine that role. It is true that you can not please everybody, yet you can definitely try. And we do try our best here at Dilawri. Come in and ask for me; it will be the first of many great choices you make with us.
The second I walked in I already felt like thats where I was supposed to be. They were very welcoming and they took care of me right away. Mike was my salesman and Charbel took care of the financing and I was very happy with their customer service! They were very good at explaining things and made sure I was happy with everything. My overall experience was excellent and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I am now the happy owner of a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited :)
