liked the seller / did not like waiting more than hour for the paper work for warranty ,etc when I had a window stipulating when I would come in
really disliked surprises when signing everything: details were changed for whatever reason. When I agree to something, I do not want details changed at the last minute...when I am ready to sign. This is a legal document. Inform me when I make the deal. Do not change something on my 2nd visit to sign. Not acceptable.
Very pleased with Myers Hyundai - Chris Beer was amazing!
We were very pleased with Myers. Chris Beer was an awesome sales person; pleasant and knowledgeable. We didn't realize Hyundai made a 7 passenger vehicle with enough towing power for our boat. If it weren't for Chris we never would have chosen a Hyundai. Well done!
Chris helped my husband and I with 3 vehicles. He provides excellent service and really listens to what we are looking for in our purchases and makes great recommendations. We will definately be back again.
Chris provided my wife and I excellent service as we decided to lease a new car. He was happy to take the time and go over every detail of the vehicle. He had no problem taking me on a couple of test drives with different cars and then let me borrow one so that I could take it to my wife's place of employment so she could see and test the car too.
