It is a known fact that sales men at dealerships have a reputation for being "pushy", I shopped around a little before going to Myers Kanata and I felt very overwhelmed with information that the sales men were throwing at me. I felt that they were just trying to make a sale without assessing my needs and wants in a vehicle. Since this was my first vehicle purchase I was a little bit overwhelmed and unsure if I was making the right decision. From the moment I walked into Myers Kanata I felt that I was in the right place, I did not feel in any way pushed or encouraged to purchase a vehicle. Josh was very helpful and made me feel at ease about making such a big decision. He was honest and straight forward with me, which is very comforting to someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars. He took the time to figure out my needs and wants, he made sure that I left with the right car for me. I had such a wonderful experience dealing with him. He was helpful from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out.
All that being said, I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would refer any friends or family who are in the market for a new vehicle to him. Thanks so much for your time and effort Josh, it is really appreciated!
