Had a stress free sales experience with Ron. We had our 2013 CRV written off in an accident and was in a pinch. It was the 2019 Tucson or a Mazda CX-5. I feel we made the write choice! So far we are very happy with our purchase. Overall very happy with sales, I confess I have some concerns after reading some reviews regarding the level of service. I do a ton of driving for work (70,000 KM’s per year) so I’m optimistic that the service dept is up for the task. Did I mention that Ron was a great sales man! He even came in on his day off and pulled him off the golf course to boot all to accommodate my wife and I for a test drive. Cheers!!

Salesman fun and friendly, he was straight forward with the facts and my options. Didn't enjoy the negotiations with the next guy kind of forceful and quick talking.. The industry needs to rethink the pricing and sales tactics. I think people would enjoy their experience much better. .
