After having an appointment @ 11am to have tires installed I was told it would be a least 3 hrs until it would be done (out of town customer). Why give an appointment if it can’t be honoured? The tires weren’t even assembled on rims (purchased with new car sale) after my 3rd return trip the tires were assembled and I took them to the Renfrew Walmart for installation since they couldn’t give me a approximate time to install. Just a pathetic experience. The overall car sale wasn’t much better. The same tire debacle happened to my daughter’s car a week later. Very, very frustrating!
Marc Lebeau and his team went above and beyond for me. From start to finish they made my transition from my Versa to new Tucson seemless. I was very happy with my trade in offer and the package I was given with service and winter tires. Once again first class and look forward to the next 3 years.
