I was disappointed that more effort wasn't taken to find me a 2016 model, which was what I wanted, and in the financing rate.
I wanted a 2016 Tucson, and was told there was one. Then told no, there wasn't. Then told yes again, and was taken to sit in one, only to be told, yet again, that it was not available. I wanted 0% financing with a 2016 and now have a 4.9% rate, which is extremely high. I left a call for the finance manager the day I bought my car, which might have resulted in me upgrading my vehicle, but my call was never returned.
Buying a vehicle can never be descriped as a "loved it" experience, however our dealings with Anil were good & professional. So far the new vehicle is living up to expectations, although it is still brand new. Time will tell.
