There were two minor glitches that were solved by your staff -the SD navigation card was missing at sale time and a replacement was found a few weeks later. Also, a service technician was able to describe how the hatchback door is locked and opened with the key fob. We are very happy with the performance of the car and the fuel savings -it feels like driving a vehicle of the future. We expect our good relationship with the dealership will continue.

I was a good experience Sales rep was organized, helpful and knowledgeable. We picked up the SUV 2 days after deciding to buy. The SUV was ready when we picked it up had the starter and winter tires installed. All and all a good experience.
