Sales rep John Arsenian was fine but once we started to use the car in colder weather we found the heater to be totally ineffective. Blast of cold air on the front passenger side when the front defroster is on - can't stop it. Called and left John a voice mail yesterday. Was out of town on urgent family matter for two weeks and had taken the Nissan Rogue with me. Couldn't use it for transporting my elderly parents - they would have frozen!
Although a used SUV, I would have expected it to be working properly.
We were lucky to enough to meet John, who walked us through purchasing a Nissan Versa Note. John was courteous, respectful and contributed to us getting a great price on our vehicle. I will absolutely go back to John in the future.
