Ivan let my husband and I go for a test drive on our own which I thought was nice and think it should always be that way. Ivan anwsered all our questions and never presured us into a sale. We are very happy with the services to help us decide what is best for our needs. On delivery day, all functions were explained to us, making sure we knew how to operate them. If we have questions, not to hesitate to call them for explanations.
Several things come to mind. I was able to test drive the vehicle twice and drive/ compare other models to see what would be the best fit. I was also able to have a loan of the model I eventually bought for a few days. That was very helpful in making up my mind.
