The salesman was great as well as Ron Major. Otherwise worst service received in a long time. Will never go back. Not even for the best offer. I Will pay more elsewhere and i dont care.
The buying experience was good as we really liked the salesman, however, following that my experience has become very disappointing. We were told that we were getting free oil changes with the purchase of the vehicle and this has yet to be honored. I am also very disappointed that the honesty of myself and my family was questioned when we brought this to the dealerships attention at the time of the first oil change.
This is not something that we would have misunderstood or made up as it was a very exciting selling point and we are hoping that something can be figured out as we are questioning whether or not we want to continue giving this dealership our service moving forward.
I was also very disappointed with the customer service I received from a sales manager on the phone when I called to discuss the issue. The conversation ended with me feeling very disrespected.
I am hoping something can be figured out as my family and I are very happy with the vehicle and want to continue working with our local nissan dealership.
