2017 Qashqai sale our salesperson Vin was excellent gave us exceptional service
Our salesperson Vin was excellent so was Marc Andre Leblanc from the financing department. I'm very upset about making my 1st appointment with the Service Dept. they tell me that even with an appointment to change the oil and put on Snow tires it could be a WAIT of 3 HOURS. Why even bother making an appointment. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. Mgr Patrick Gervais was NO HELP either. Never had this problem with my Versa in Bracebridge, Service was always courteous.
We were greeted cordially as we entered the building. Our salesman Vin, was very pleasant and helpful. Financing was explained in detail but we preferred to pay cash..

Still dont have my contract that i signed and had issues from the start. Not having my plates ready for the pick up date. To fix this they said they would give me floor matts. I had to go back 2 or 3 times to get them and they still were not there. So they had to deliver them to my house. Sales man was nice. Right car wrong dealership. Rob mews would not be happy.
