We had a positive experience; staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating; our questions were answered; and our financial options were explored. I liked the fact that the info provided during our face to face meeting was in line with the research I did online.
The salesman understood what I wanted and helped me choose the correct car for my needs. However, I was never informed that it would take several days for my old bank to receive the payout for my previous vehicle, and I ended up 100$ less because of "interest payments" that were not owed to me, apparently.
