Terrible, I have a complaint filed with the BBB and have still not heard back from the dealership
Check the BBB complaint. I wrote an email to the sales rep and ask that he have the sales manager respond and he did not. I then filed a complaint with the BBB and 10 days later I have still not had any response. Worst car buying experience ever.
Business manager was dishonest in several instances. My salesman was good
Finance manager was dishonest and made several untrue statements in attempt to “sell” services. I was very unimpressed.
My salesman was personable and provided good service.
I dealt with Andrew Capyk. The customer service was excellent, picking me up for test drive on my way through town at the airport. Meeting all my needs about dealing with trade-in all through digital mail. All persons dealt with were very kind, professional and attentive to my needs. Thank you

Andrew very professional and we would not hesitate in dealing with him in the future. However I am once again disappointed with the detailing of the car. Not up to par with our experiences with other dealers.
