Purchase of a Q50

So friendly and helpful!

We test drove and purchased a new vehicle. We enjoyed our time there and felt so welcomed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were able to decide on what we wanted in our budget. The staff was very accommodating.

Brand new Q50 Red Sport with vibration at 120K.

Myers Infiniti service did a great job resolving this problem. I had not booked a loaner so when it became apparent that the whole process was going to take longer than anticipated my sales person Andrew Capyk drove me nome. I was a little apprehensive about the Graham / Myers change but this latest purchase experience has been excellent.

Bed Sell Service

I had worse experience in my last shopping, with the seller Andrew Kapick. The seller lie to me from the begging and give me a car physically accidented in dash, day of the delivery even he didn't reported to day of the delivery with missed part that suppose be done this day. Once I sign the paper and return to home I noticed from the window of my home a big dent on the dent, I return directly to dealer to have more explanation where the manager this day was Bil McAllister, told that Andrew suppose to tell you about it what he missed. I buyer I have right to choose to take a car like that before I sign or not.
