Chandler has been an installer with Bath Fitter since 2007. He enjoys his job - best he has ever had. When Chandler is not remodeling a customers bathroom, he works on his own home for his beautiful wife and 3 children.
The whole process from start to finish was professional, straight forward with no surprises or hidden fees/costs. Our installer, Chandler, was unbelieveable; respectful of our home, professional and based on our finished product, an artist with his work. He answered any questions we had, kept us informed of his process and timelines, cleaned up after the job and discussed care of the finished product. We are extremely happy with the results and will enjoy our new bath for years to come!
The installer was excellent, however the time between the sales visit and the install was excessive.
The installation was done quickly and efficiently with no issues, and we are very pleased with the final results. However the time from the sales call and also the acceptance of the down payment exceeded the time frame that we were told. The only reason that we chose bathfitters was because the install would have taken place quickly. My wife had fallen exiting the existing the old bath/shower and had broken her shoulder, thus we wanted it replaced ASAP. The sales rep told us he would take this into consideration, and try to speed up the process. Still it took two phone calls to arrange the install, which still exceeded the original 9 week outside window. I cant help but feel that had we contracted home installs or some other big box installer, we would have had much the same results faster.
Stan arrived when he said he would, got started. He tidied up when leaving the 1st day and gave instructions to not touch anything and the importance of why. Arrived day 2 to finish up and cleaned up. Left instructions
