The old bathtub was removed and the new shower installed exactly as advertised. I could not be more pleased with the product or the manner it wa installed.

The installation was done quickly and efficiently with no issues, and we are very pleased with the final results. However the time from the sales call and also the acceptance of the down payment exceeded the time frame that we were told. The only reason that we chose bathfitters was because the install would have taken place quickly. My wife had fallen exiting the existing the old bath/shower and had broken her shoulder, thus we wanted it replaced ASAP. The sales rep told us he would take this into consideration, and try to speed up the process. Still it took two phone calls to arrange the install, which still exceeded the original 9 week outside window. I cant help but feel that had we contracted home installs or some other big box installer, we would have had much the same results faster.

Service was excellent. Installer was respectful and included us in decisions. He cleaned up so it was difficult to know anyone had worked in there.

I'm so pleased that I moved on this decision to finally get this done. I just need to tell you that the installers should were masks to protect their lungs..
