Service person did an excellent install and superb cleanup. He, however, arrived late and took 2 full days to complete install. He put the shower rod up too high (Did not consult us before drilling holes). He also took old shower head without verifying whether we wanted to keep it. Would have been nice to know of the 24 drying time requirement for the caulking as it incurred 3 days of not being able to use our main shower.

We received a full tub surround and insert. The salesman was courteous and professional, took all of the measurements and ensured that we had all the information and options to make our decision.
The installer was prompt, meticulous and a true craftsman who ensured that everything fit perfectly which wasn't easy with our slightly wonky nearly thirty year old walls.
The new tub and surround immediately brightened up our bathroom and made it look great!
It turned out so well that in the future we will get our basement shower stall replaced as well.

I chose bath fitters to do the work on my bathroom because the walls in my old house are not square and I figured that I should get someone in who knew what they were doing. I was amazed at how beautiful my shower surround turned out! So glad that I went with the top piece on the ceiling and the shower doors. It looks like the house was built that way and the doors glide nicely and really, it just couldn't be any better. I would tell anyone that this is a very good choice for their reno. The price is a little higher then I was wanting to pay but the quality is absolutely worth the price. Thanks bath fitters!!!
