WORST EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER! Needed an SUV and was only given a choice of one vehicle. When I test drove it, it had no A/C and the tire needed fixing because it had a screw in it. When i finally picked it up second week of august, i had it ONE DAY and had NO A/C again. Took it in and they said nothing was wrong with it. Meantime I'm driving this car to school, and it's shaking as I'm driving it. I take it to my mechanic, and he looks it over. Finds out the wheel bearings need replacing, they shouldn't have passed safety. Also mechanic figures out that there is a leak in one of the lines that supplies the A/C. Took it back for the second time, and they literally run the car for 4 hours in their parking lot, and drove it around the parking lot (salesman Al's own words) and told me nothing was wrong with it. Meanwhile the a/c only worked because I paid the mechanic to inject it with a bit of freon and dye to find the leak. They ignore the fact the wheel bearings need replacing. After talking to the salesman AGAIN, it goes in for a third time. My mom takes it in since i couldn't. Salesman Al decides to take my senior mother on a joyride on the 401, going 140km/hr all the while ANSWERING HIS PHONE WHILE DRIVING. My mother (who recently had 2 strokes) was completely terrified, and the car was shaking horribly. He takes her to the service part of the dealership, and proceeds to talk down to her like she is is stupid and tells her there is nothing wrong with the car, that we, and my mechanic is all lying. He refuses to let her speak to the mechanic. So the car comes back. When she comes back she tells me what happened. I am so pissed at this point, i contact OMVIC, BBB, and MTO. Here is the interesting part. I take the car to get my own safety done, at a mechanic i have never gone to in my life. IT FAILED on multiple accounts. Wheel bearings, the windshield needs replacing, the right front passenger seat belt isn't bolted properly, the tires are literally cracking apart, the oil pan is leaking, and to top it off, the tire they "fixed" that had the screw in it WAS STILL THERE. they left the screw in the tire. I called MTO to report their mechanic did a hot safety on my car, and was told the plates, and the ownership was not in my name. I had Service Ontario investigate, and they found out that the dealership switched the ownership and unattached my plates BACK TO THEIR NAME. They stole my original plates from my trade in car, and I paid for a years worth of sticker, and they only gave me until this November. They charged me $250. Way more than what licensing should be. They refused my registered letter than OMVIC said i had to send. They are not contacting me regarding my ownership either. They want to "fix" my car (which I was advised not to do by an employee there. They told me all they would do is hide their mistakes), and their excuses for the HOT SAFETY? They only had one mechanic, and were overworked, and everyone makes mistakes. I'm sorry, but no, not when it comes to vehicle safety. My two year old was in this car, and I am pregnant. Because of all this stress they are causing me, I was put on bed rest. THEY ARE LITERALLY STRESSING ME TO THE POINT IT IS HARMING MY UNBORN CHILD AND THEY DO NOT CARE. I am going to be in contact with a lawyer, and suing the shit out of them. I can't wait to do this, and can't wait until MTO shows up on their doorstep to investigate their shady ass mechanic and take away his licence. All i wanted was what i paid for. A safe vehicle. They refuse to do this. I refused to bring the car back again, as i don't want their shady ass people ruining my car more. I gave the owner the option to pay for the repairs which he is refusing to do. He has left me with no choice but to seek out a lawyer. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER
