I really appreciate the fact that it is easy to make an appointment, I am always expected when i arrive, the follow up right from confirmation of the appointment to the throughout the day update on what's happening with my car is always consistent and professional. The service managers are always friendly, even the courtesy van driver has excellent customer service!
