My experience was awful and the service was not good. There was a lot of confusion with the information being relayed back to me. There was confusion about the delivery date. Also he was not very professional when he was providing customer service to me.The details of the vehicle that was described to me sounded good but when it got here it didn't have some of the things I was told about. I felt very disappointed and didn't enjoy the service provided to me. I felt that I was pushed aside. I would have to call there cause no one would return phone calls back to me half the time. I do hope in the future that the service has improved for your future customers and receive proper information with a professional manner.

The engine light came on while driving our first week on a 2015 kia sorento with only 32000km on it we were given a loaner while it was fixed and when we got it back it was detailed again, it turned out to be a gas cap issue when they filled it up before we got it lol. Excellent, I will go bk when its time to trade in my other car for sure.

We have never had so much as one issue with Race City Auto, they have been helpful at every turn we have faced...They make car buying easy for the everyday person.

I was given ample opportunity to drive 3 different vechicles that fit the description of what I was looking for. The Salesman was curteous, knowledgeable and did not pressure me to buy that day. Once I had made my decision I was allowed to drive the car around town while the Saleman did up the paperwork. As it was a Saturday and the vechicle needed to be cleaned etc, they offered to deliver the car to my home at no charge on Monday. Awesome experirence!
