I wish we had taken the time to check out other dealers. we paid too much for the vehicle and then we accepted a suggestion to buy extended warrenty which I'm sorry now that we did. When my husband mentioned a possible break on the price then we were told that we were getting a break on the warrenty. It was not explained to us how that worked or how much of a discount we got. For a 2013 van the final cost was over 30000 with financing. I will not be shopping at Race Auto group again. Too expensive. It was my fault for going too fast but I will not be making that mistake again. A break on the price would have been very welcome.
You have a big fancy showroom with dollar signs showing up everywhere and it seems to be paid for through overpriced merchandise. I don't know how to barter to get a better price so I pay the price asked. Next time I will go to a dealer that will give deals to the type of customer I am.
The staff and service department were very helpful and courtesy. With the view issues I had the service department was very helpful in diagnosising the problem and do the fix. The mechanics did the fix and took the time to explain the problem and they did the fix. Erin who I had purchased the vehicle from was very helpful and made sure I was satisfied.
Sold a vehicle with 2 open recalls on it. cracked windshield. No integrity. Only cared about the sale. Worst experience!!!! When 'confronted' staff was ignorant, rude and very unhelpful. Also had issues regarding certain repairs on the vehicle within their specified window of time after the purchase. Words can not express the sour and bitter taste this company has left in my mouth! Will never deal with this company again and I've told my friends and family about my experience and told them not to get a vehicle from this place!! Absolutely worst experience ever!!!!
