Luc, Vicky and the staff in the Service department Bill & Brittny took great care of me, I have bought many used vehicles over the years but had such great service, I went through the paper work and it was the first time I seen every detail true to what they said it was!! I truly felt they were very fair on the trade in price they gave me on my vehicle and with the price they charged me for the BMW was not only spot on with the market it was a little better ..... they answered the phone and my questions every time I called which I liked especially through the pandemic. When I took the vehicle home I noticed that the brakes were squeaking when backing up so I assumed it was rust, likely from sitting and probably would diminish after use, however it did not and kind of got worse so after 2 weeks they took me in and put all new brakes and rotors on it at no charge to me as it was such a new purchase........ they also put a new windshield wiper arm on the vehicle for me at new charge that had been damaged at the car wash, also a gentleman staff who had heard me asking questions about my BMW's care such as fuel type ext.... came out of his office and explained everything to me as he drove a BMW as well..... told me fuel to use ext......... I thought that was a very nice thing to do as the sales wasn't sure because they had no experience with a BMW ...... so Race Auto will certainly get my repair work on my vehicle as well........ for the duration of my ownership, and I will not only recommend them for Family & Friend's purchases but I will certainly be returning for my next vehicle ....... So I would like to thank them all for taking great care of me and my needs even though it is there job and I understand they want the sale I still feel they went above and beyond, I would like to wish them the best of luck in there transition to there new building on Barrington St.

Great customer service. Luke and Joey were great to deal with and got the vehicle I wanted plus more. Definitely will be back and recommend these guys.

We went in to look at a vehicle. Test drove one there and fell in love. Looked around other places and went back to Race. They are professional and not pushy in any way. This is the second vehicle we purchased there. I highly recommend checking them out. You will not be disappointed.

Buying a car on your own can be nerve wracking and also painful but Luke at Race made it super easy and painless. I spoke with him told him my situation and 4 hours later I was in his office and test driving a car that I fell in love with - two hours later I drove away in my new car! Our sales person Luke was awesome to deal with straight forward and honest which is hard to find in a sales person nowadays he not only helped us he went beyond to get us the best deal for our money.
