I was "sold" something different then I actually received. 10 weeks of online, self taught computer lab without a book to reference was unecetable. Lack of educate instructors and professional office staff was unacceptable for an education I am paying for. The so called career counsellor did not help me at all. I have yet to receive my diploma. Not for lack of trying.

Eastern college made my transition to college a wonderful experience with excellent instructors and administrative staff who were very helpful and made me feel like a big part of the school.
It was such a enjoyable and fullfilling experience!! Not only did I receive the highest quality in education as a Medical Administrative Specialist. Thanks to the knowledgable instructors and staff At Eastern college I was fully prepared and confident to start my career in the Medical Administrative field. I gained new friendships, and memories that I know will stay with me a lifetime!!
Loved the school and the teachers. The only issue I had was that we had 2 new to the school teachers that were not teachers before. They should have to take the course before having to teach it.

The instructors are full of knowledge in each module they teach, career services helped me every step of the way. Admissions and financial services are amazing and so supportive, and everyone is so patient and kind. I was treated like an equal.
