Very satisfying , was treated with the utmost of respect by Kam Randhawa and Mike Grant Sales Manager .

Kam was very honest and direct and knowledgeable about issues with the Jeep Wrangler hpev that I bought . He answered all my questions and treated me like family which I appreciated very much . He has kept the line of communication open in case I have any questions about my new truck , so again a very pleasurable experience dealing with Kam .

Not happy how I was mislead about the 0% for 84 months ending at the end of June.

You found a Ram 3500 with the options I wanted in Alberta so I put a down payment of $5000.00 for you to bring it in. After it came in I was sent pictures and agreed it was what I wanted and a few more options were added in your shop thinking all the time the deal was done and was going to stop in on my way to Vancouver before the end of June ( June 25th or so ) just to look and maybe add a few more thing and pick it up on my way back from Vancouver. I was not able to stop in then I did not see any problem It's mine I already paid $5000.00 on it. I received a warming that the 0% might end at the end of the month by email the last day of June, I checked my messages at 6;30 PM, phoned the salesman and he could not confirm yes or no. The rest of the story it's costing me over $5000.00 more in financing and not happy about it.

Hello Marcel and thank you for taking the time to provide a review. I think that anyone that takes the time to read over what you have to say will understand that we did our best to let you know that time was of the essence. We at the dealership level never receive any advance notice on prospective rate changes but we were very clear to you that the chances of the program you were interested in lasting beyond the end of the month was very slim. There was absolutely no benefit to us to have you wait the extra time past month end and we just like you would much preferred to see you qualify for the program you wanted to receive.

Felt abandoned once I agreed to purchase.

Lots of hype at the beginning but once I agreed to purchase the vehicle service disappeared. a) While I waited for over three hours for paperwork to be completed, why was no one detailing the car? I had to schedule my own appointment to get that done and it took over an hour to get the stickers off the windows. b) I had to fight to get winter tires with the vehicle and they insisted they could not include rims and yet only 3 weeks later they advertised "winter tires with rims" included with all purchases. This is my second purchase from this dealership and salesman but I am not sure I would come back again. :-(

Not serious business

I will never come back to this Car Dealer, the deal was for $300 Bi-Weekly after taxes and everything and I ended-up paying $344 Bi-Weekly way more that we agreed and the load aprooved and I couldn't realy refuse it.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback on your experience May-Ann. We always try to take something away from peoples concerns but in your case, your displeasure which you have aimed at us really should be focused on the bank that provided your approval. As we explained at the time of delivery, we do not decide the interest rate or term that a purchasers credit circumstance will dictate. In your case, the terms of the approval is what altered the payment - not any change in the price we had offered.

vernon Dodge has fun staff who want to sell you a vehicle with no hassle at an honest deal.

Nobody in Vernon wanted to help me because of my thin credit but Dodge sold us great vehicle at an amazing price with no hassles
