Helping your son find a good used vehicle might be a challenge at the best of times. Try feeling secure about that when you are in Toronto and the son and vehicles are in the Okanagan ! Within 15 minutes and just before the dealerships closing time, Leif Peek followed up on my online inquiry about a posted used vehicle. I explained my remote situation and Leif understood that he needed to make up for the lack of a face to face time with detail and honesty. Leif provided me with an overview and then sent me some detailed history about the car. He then took a couple of calls and answered a few emails from me several hours past closing on that first day. My son and I quickly decided that he needed to see and drive the vehicle. Leif took an email deposit that same evening and forwarded it to his management staff to hold the vehicle for a few days. In the next few days, Leif answered more questions and allowed me to be confident in a vehicle that was 4000 Km away to the point where I negotiated the deal with Leif representing me to the management staff as if I was in the showroom. My son simply had to like the car and find no surprises.. Well he loved it and the car exceeded expectations. It was a pleasure dealing with Leif and the team at Vernon Chrysler.
