I was looked after quickly and professionally but all parties involved.
My previous 4Runner was involved in a total loss situation so I replaced it with a 2016 version. The process was quick, seamless and professional.

Thank you Brenda for being patient with us as we were deciding on purchasing a Highlander. We let her know we were going to see if it fits in our single car garage and "it did" and the golf clubs looked great in there also! I was able to upgrade my 2012 Corolla. I knew what I wanted and Brenda found exactly what I wanted. Everything went so smoothly. When my new car arrived at Rainbow Toyota Brenda called me to let me know. As soon as I got there Brenda took me to see my car. I was surprised to see that they had already installed the command start and hood deflector which I had requested. Brenda made the go around with me and the car ,showed and explained the different options this car had and how everything worked.
Brenda is an amazing sales lady being upfront , down to earth, informative, friendly, respectful, honest and humorous . Brenda sold me my first Corolla and I love my new 2016 Corolla S. Brenda is my go to girl at Rainbow Toyota.
Darcy the finance manager who I have known from years back Is also great in answering any questions and giving his own personal input in making wise decisions.
He steered me in the right direction to keep my down payment and to keep it for my mortgage and then hammer down on the car payments after mortgage is taken care of.
