Service advisor very helpful and above helping me on some issues I had and looked after them vechile came back clean

My service request ended up incomplete of request because a worker called in sick that morning! They managed to compromise as best the could!

I had an oil change for my Rav 4. They brought the cabin filter to me which was very dirty and indicated it needed Replacement.

Our service advisors want to make sure you understand the vehicle service you are getting and sometimes that includes physically showing a dirty cabin filter. It is much easier to understand why it needs replacing to keep your vehicle running smoothly when you can actually see it. Friendly staff, courteous, vehicle quickly processed for work, oil change was completed, tire was repaired and they were also rotated!
