Rainbow ? Toyota always has friendly staff. Their service department is quick and experts. A courtesy vehicle is always ready to take me to and from work.

On time Pleasant staff. Had good talk with sales woman shop and building very clean . Gave me a car to drive while mine was getting service

Came with warranty expectations and had to pay to be told that warranty items were needed but warranty expired.
My warranty letter on 2011 Sienna stated a ten year limit but there was no clue that warranty would run out in April of 2020. That is a Toyota Canada complaint only.
Rainbow staff were all courteous as usual. My only complaint was paying for an inspection after I had told staff that the doors were both a problem.
