Had the first oil change in my new car. Everyone as very attentive. I was well looked after with needing a ride to work and had the car delivered after the services were completed.
Although we have had many bad experiences with our car bought new from Rainbow The last was good ,,, prompt repair and quick service and n ot even too expensive.
Professional friendly service! Our salesperson Brian was very good at keeping us informed about the delivery date of our new Toyota Highlander we had purchased. Once it arrived he went through the new vehicle explaining all its features.

Electrical problems are hard to isolate. My problem involved the wiring for the remote starter shaking loose causing causing inability to get it out of park, nor signal lights, no radio & all dash warning lights staying on. The service dept was quick to focus in & fix the problem. Thanx guys
