My wife and I stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon just to start pricing out vehicles. Kevin took the time to speak with us about inventory, prices and vehicle options. We saw a few vehicles that we liked so once we got home, we went online to schedule a test drive on the one vehicle that caught both of our eye the most. On Monday morning, I arrived a little early for the test drive appointment and met Kevin in the show room. Kevin promptly got the vehicle ready and I was off on the test drive. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for so we sat down with Kevin to discuss price. Through the whole process Kevin was very informative, explained options on the vehicle and translated a lot of the car sales talk for us. Kevin was with us through the whole process. When delivery day finally came, Kevin took the time to walk us back to the vehicle that they had parked inside because he didn't want it to get dirty overnight. He showed us all the options, synced our phones with the uconnect, explained how to navigate the computerized options through the touch screen and answered all the questions we had.
I highly recommend Kevin as he made our buying experience a very enjoyable one.
