i felt as ease no pressure very helpful staff and thank you to kim wills for making car buying easy and she knows her cars which made me make my choose
Sales person showed me nothing about the vehicle. I basically sold the car to myself. He could not meet the delivery date that he set, as he was grossly unorganized. In a sentence he took the fun out purchasing a new vehicle. I will never service nor purchase another vehicle from Orangeville Honda.
great service upfront..somewhat disappointing upon delivery
I found the sales man..Ian to be the most non-pushy one I have ever met..He had the answers and went and got the ones he didn't.......I did find it a little disappointing that the car,once sold to me,was not taken in for detailing right away and sat on the lot with a "SOLD" sign (for free advertising) for almost a week. The main sore spot was the fact,noone disclosed that the car had been in ANY accident prior,and was only discovered upon reading the carproof which was,i guess,MY fault for not asking about that
My overall experience was amazing. I felt no pressure, didn't feel like I was being given a pitch. Everybody was super warm and friendly. I think it's safe to say we're a Honda family now!
Ian was very helpful and friendly...answered all of our questions easily...had thorough knowledge of the vehicle...experience was great...really enjoying the crv so far!
