Service manager was disrespectful, and treated me like I was an idiot.
First he couldn't find my appointment booking, even though it was the SECOND time I had to bring the car in. Then told me I was adding things on so the appointment would take longer. I had already explained what the problem was when I made the original booking. Not my problem that service lost the original booking. Anyway he appeared to be very frazzled , even though it was the first appointment of the day.
