I joined the Orangeville Honda team in 2009. I started in the Parts department. In 2010, I transferred to the service department. In 2012, I transferred to the Sales department.
I emailed a complaint to the GM, Kelly and m Micheal and received no response regarding the fact that the brakes were not installed properly. Very unprofessional and I'm considering an OMVIC complaint.
The terms of the sale were clearly explained. When I forgot a blank check, Kelly set me up on line to get the info I needed. The CRV was in great condition. Kelly was nice.

I bought a Honda Civic EX. Kelly was fantastic helping me through the purchase. She had a great deal of knowledge and was able to help with all the questions I had. She also had fantastic customer service.
