getting fed up with pressure to purchase additional services at every visit.
have had attempts to upsell me on services at every visit. This has happened at every visit. After some investigation, I have found these not to be required.
Service advisor was friendly and had work order ready.
Tech advised replacing engine aìr filter as well as cabin filters.
All work performed professionally.
Brought CRV to have brakes checked, tech was very honest and upfront about condition of brakes. He stated that the brakes were fine and no work required. Breath of fresh air , some shops would try to sell you a complete overhaul.
