The work was done as required. My only disappointment was that the car was not washed, which I understand was because the wash system was down for repairs.

The service was a regular maintenance of the vehicle.
The service adviser discussed my needs and suggested some extra service, to improve the performance of my vehicle. The service was then performed in reasonably good time.
