My lease had expired and I met briefly with Hitesh who said he had the perfect sales person for me. I met with David Chung the next day. He immediately made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was extremely impressed with the way he addressed all my concerns and I am so thankful to have secured my new Toyota Rav 4. David made the experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend him. Not only did he do a great job with my lease but helped address questions I had after the fact. If you are looking for a good salesman look no further. Thank you David.

The salesman at the Toyota dealership was very easy to speak and respectful. He made us feel like valued students. I am very happy with my Toyota Corolla. Next time, I would definitely come back.
Finance department doesn't listen to the customer.
The sales department was great. I have already given them great reviews. The finance department has not done what we asked for. We are still waiting for them to fix their mistake.

My service was for car maintenance. The agent was funny and professional. Was fast and efficient. Reviewed the service in detail made several suggestions. He answered all of my questions I cannot stress this enough as a female driver dealing with mostly males we want to be informed this should not be seen as being difficult person. This agent could teach the desk staff some customer service skills.
