I was told I was a special customer and " part of the Oakville Toyota family". That as such , when my salesman presented me with a company key chain, the Used Car Manager told him it was not for special customers. The sales manager made a big fuss about
this special gift and how they were out of them but one would be put aside when they receive more in a day or two. He fussed about it so much I was excited. This has never materialized even with the efforts of my salesman. This dealership prides themselves on their " customer care". My salesman lived up to that standard but the Used Car Manager has much left to be desired. He has been avoiding my address of this "gift". I gave a raving review of my experience there
but I am left to believe that once they have that there is no need to continue with the "special treatment".

I can’t even belive there can be anything worst tban my purchase experience from Toyota. I would never recommed the car, the dealership and I will let everyone know what a bad experience it was
