Service team could not fix the problem with my 4Runner.

I believe the name of the Service Manager was Nelson...I could be wrong as I could not find his name or photo on the Oakville Toyota website. Anyways, he was extremely rude to me as I was trying to explain the problems I’m having with my 2015 4Runner. He said they would not likely be able to fix the problem at all. Not good service. The tech did a software update but this did not solve the problem. My 4Runner is still not fixed.

Last Maintenance Service

Extrelmry poor service. Check the review I submitted right after the completion of my service in December 2017 at Oakville Toyota.

Well done!

Manny and ed were amazing! The service was outstanding and courteous. My car was going through an engine overhaul and Oakville Toyota did a great job!

Sound from fromt door

A sound like rusty was heard from the front-door joint of a brand new highlander. After service it got worse.

Waste of time

We got our new truck and the next week had to take it back because the singnal light wasn’t working. We drove over an hour for our appointment and turns out they ordered the wrong kind. So drove all the way home. Now we are waiting for an appointment we can only do weekends but that’s not good for them so we are still waiting.
