Excellent experience dealing with John Koo when we purchased a used Camry in great shape
John Koo was amazing in his attention to detail, and very fair with work needed to get the used Camry into "brand new" shape -it was a Joy to deal with him and will deal with him again on our next toyota purchase.

I recently purchased my 4th Toyota. This time I purchased the Corolla XLE. John Koo was our salesman. John is a gentleman. He is very patient explaining the cars features.
I am a senior & not accustomed to all the electronics in the vehicles of today. I have returned to Toyota for help since delivery of my car. John has reviewed the car's features with me again.
