My oil change was done quickly, with very little waiting. Customer waiting room was clean, pleasant. Was able to pay and leave quickly after the job was done.

Recieved a set service for my truck. My visit was handled swiftly and courtiously with no hassle. And staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have a 2008 Yaris , which was purchased at Jackson's Toyota. The main service I use at Jackson's is the fastlube lane , that's because my car now has 435000 km on it. The quick oil change is a great idea and the staff have always been kind courteous and very helpful. A few years back I needed a headlamp and it was winter and a very nasty night .I asked if they could put it in if I purchased it at the parts counter.They agreed because it was a simple job, 45 min later and no charge to install it my car was ready. I never realized how well I was treated that rainy icy night until recently , I burned out another headlight ( the same one) which is pretty good considering how long it was between them a few 100km. I found out that to change the light the front bumper has to be removed causing an hours labour, which is fine considering what it cost the first time, I think we all learned something that night

I felt like a real person that was doing the service department a favor by coming to them for my service - not the other way around.
