Have had my RAV for 13 months and only have 7600 klicks on it. When I was rear ended I believe that the structure of the back of my seat saved me from being hurt....I was hit at full speed and did not have an ache or a pain.
Ted takes his job very seriously. I always rely on him to take care if me when it comes to my vehicles. I always love my experience with Toyota and with Ted. I know that wverything is taken care of when its in Teds hands.
